The Stays Standard
Every home operated by Dubaldo Stays must meet a clear and practical standard. It is not about a particular design style or level of luxury. It is about making sure the property is well maintained, properly equipped, accurately presented and ready to welcome guests.
What we assess
- Location and building suitability
- Condition and maintenance
- Furnishing and presentation
- Guest comfort and essential amenities
- Safety requirements
- Owner and property documentation
- Holiday-home licensing eligibility
- Access and check-in
- Commercial viability
- Photography and listing readiness
The standard is designed to be achievable. A property does not need to meet every requirement when we first see it. If something needs attention, from maintenance or furnishings to amenities or presentation, we identify it clearly before the property goes live.
Financial viability matters too. If we do not believe a property can perform sensibly as a holiday home, we would rather say so at the outset.
The aim is not to make every home look the same. It is to make sure every home we operate is properly prepared, honestly presented and consistently cared for.
