From empty apartment to guest-ready
- Property review. We assess the apartment, layout, intended guest market and licensing requirements.
- Furnishing proposal. You receive a recommended package, budget and scope based on the property.
- Procurement and installation. Furniture, equipment, kitchenware, safety items and styling elements are sourced and installed.
- Operational setup. The property is prepared for photography, inspection, listing and guest operation.

- Licensing and safety items: first aid kit, smoke detector and firefighting equipment, both licensing requirements.

Decorative styling, carpets, paintings, lamps, wall panelling and similar design elements, is available as an optional enhancement on top of the core package, scoped and priced separately.
Budget
Furnishing packages start from AED 25,000 and scale with the size, layout and finish level of the apartment. We don't publish a single fixed price beyond that starting point, because no two apartments are furnished to the same brief, the exact quote depends on the unit itself.
