Who operates it
Alessandro D'Ubaldo has worked in hospitality for thirty years, including more than two decades building and operating businesses in the GCC. His experience spans property preparation, service standards, guest operations and multi-unit management across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
His experience with Dubai holiday homes began in 2005, when he built and operated a portfolio of furnished residences across the city. He later spent sixteen years building and running a multi-unit hospitality business in the UAE.
How it relates to Dubaldo Collection
Dubaldo Collection is deliberately limited to twelve individually selected residences. Dubaldo Stays is designed for a broader portfolio of professionally presented homes. The brands share management and operating discipline, but each has its own positioning, property criteria and guest promise.
